Data and purposes

The website uses no tracking cookies, analytics, contact forms, accounts or embedded social content. The server processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the service. Its dedicated access logs do not include IP addresses, user agents, referrers or URL parameters; error and application logs may contain technical request data. The legal basis for operation and security is the controller's legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

If you write to the privacy address, the data in your message is used to handle your request and meet applicable legal duties. It is not used for marketing. Links to external sources open websites operated by their respective controllers, under their own privacy notices.

Retention and recipients

Nginx logs rotate daily: up to two archives are kept, and rotated files older than 48 hours are removed. Container logs rotate at 10 MB per file, up to three files; this size limit does not define a fixed retention period. Privacy correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the request and meet any legal obligations. Only authorised people and technical providers needed for hosting and maintenance may access the data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing where provided for by the GDPR by writing to info@snipergroup.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
